HR Consultant and Former HR Division Chief for Richmond City Police Department

Antoinette Tull is the former Human Resources Division Chief for the Richmond City (VA) Police Department. In this role for more than 13 years, Antoinette passionately led the charge for more diversity, inclusion and belonging in law enforcement, both locally and nationally. As a certified human resources professional for over 18 years, she has created multiple strategies to address the complex workforce challenges faced by law enforcement, fire personnel and emergency communications agencies. Several of which have been replicated nationwide.

January 2021 marks the re-launch of her boutique HR consulting firm, HURTLE, LLC, created in 2017 to focus specifically on the training and development of forward-thinking public safety agencies and executives.
